1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) govern the access and use of the Provertu application, operated by Provertu, a company incorporated in Quebec. By accessing and using this application, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our service.

2. Access to the Application

Access to the application is provided continuously, except during maintenance or scheduled interruptions. Provertu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt access without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available within the application (texts, images, logos, etc.) remains the exclusive property of Provertu or its partners. Any total or partial reproduction without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of Services

The user agrees to use the application and its services in accordance with these T&C and applicable laws. The use of the contact form is intended to assess the customer's eligibility for the offered services and to facilitate communication.

5. Responsibilities

User The user is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and agrees not to use the application for unlawful purposes.

Provertu Provertu shall not be held liable for any malfunctions of the application or third-party services (e.g., Postmark, Google Analytics, Google Ads) referenced therein.

These T&C may be modified at any time. Updates will take effect upon publication on the application. It is advised to regularly review the current version.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Quebec law. In the event of any dispute, the courts with jurisdiction in the Quebec judicial district shall have exclusive authority.
